WMSDE limitations

Can anyone tell me what the limitations are for WMSDE (Windows Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine)?

I know it does not have built-in capabilities for backups, but you can just export all the data. Is there a 2GB limitation for database size (I think that was the case in the older versions when it was called MSDE -without the W)?
And it doesn't have full text indexing capabilities?

If it was bundled with Windows SharePoint Services, it does not have the 2GB storage limit of MSDE.
