WMS not transferring into Macola

This is strange, this problem just started cropping up not too long ago. We use PSQL with Macola 7.5.103 with WMS. It seems on backorders when the warehouse scans in an order to ship, that WMS is picking it up, however it's not going into macola. This is on orders that have a previous BO, or a current BO.

Our Accts. Payable clerk then has to go into Macola, go into OE and select the order to bill.

Anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

This has been one of those irritating little things about the Macola WMS (formerly IPS/SAS). Hope it wasn't a big order and that you didn't ship cartons. It really gets messy then. Not sure if their latest version(s) have corrected this problem. If you're using the same order number as the original order for your backorder, you should have gotten an undership error the first time around. Therefore, the order never would have been been completed in WMS and Macola is only "updated" with completed orders. To complete the original order, my work-around in WMS is to delete the backorder items and/or change the quantity to ship to equal what is actually being shipped. The order can then be completed and Macola can be updated. Before releasing (post pick ticket) the backorder to WMS, the original order must be deleted entirely from WMS. Change whatever needs changing for the backorder in O/E, then post the pick ticket to WMS. In WMS, delete any items that don't belong on the backorder. You should be able to complete the order and update Macola.
