WMI Reports Negative Memory

Using a Server 2003 monitoring tool, I get daily health reports. Recently, 2 of my servers have started reporting negative values. It uses WMI and I do not have SNMP enabled.
Any suggestions? I've heard about rebuilding the WMI database but do not know how to do that. If that is the only way to fix then I will research that.
