Using: WebGain - WebLogic 6.1 SP 4, Visual Cafe Enterprise Edition 4.5.1

Since installing service pack 4, I've noticed that unless I delete the WAR file for my project in the '.wlnotdelete' subdirectory, any code changes I make don't take effect. Is there some setting in Visual Cafe and/or some configuration file I can modify so I don't always have to delete the WAR file before running my project?
