WLM Keeps saying Recovering database

Hi,

I use Windows Live mail from the Windows Live Essentials 2012 pack

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, but had issues so reverted back to Windows 7 Home Premium.

Now, every time I run Windows Live Mail, it says "Recovering The Windows Live Mail Database"

I have tried to repair the installation and have also unintalled WLM and then reinstalled it but the problem persists ?

Anyone have any ideas ?
