I would like to know if anyone has got WLBS and MSCS working.

I am hoping to load balance the MSCS and utilize both servers cpu's while using a shared disk.

Any pointers on how to accomplish this would be appreciated.

Can you be more specific? With MSCS, only one node can access the shared disk at any one time. That means, Node1 holds the disk until you "fail over" the shared disk to Node2.

Based on my interpretation of your question, i don't think that these two options will work together, the way you wish.

Hi,

Is it possible to integrate MSCS with WLDS ? my question like this, we have two web servers and two (SQL)database server, so total 4 diff NT servers. so what i want is to distribute load into two web servers , but i want to make active/passive datbase kind of thing. i.e at a time one database active. if one goes down , and others should active.
please give required information about how to do ?

I appriciate you for reply. reply to
