have you set the license option to 010 in the 2210?
have you set the Reg.Domain to 02 on the 2210?

Configure the SSID of your WLAN as static entry. Doesn't have your wlan WPA odr WEB enabled?

The license option is set to 10, and the Reg. Domain is none and I can't change this.
I'll ask the guys from IT about ESSID ans security. One of them tell me that is no security.

You can change the RegDomain by using the "Line" Key (it also may be the FCN key...i can't test right now - so just try to press one of them while having the "REG DOMAIN" selected".

If that is done, everything is set up. If it still doesn't work, it has to to do with the wlan. Because trying to get net access is the first step the phone does. all the settings you wrote above, affect the phone only if it has net access...

Your alias address and your phone's IP address are the same. They need to be different. If your alias range is x.x.x.26 thru x.x.x.27, then you will only be able to handle two simultaneous calls (I assume that you know this and all you need is two phones). However, the handset's address needs to be on the same logical subnet as the alias range, but they need to be unique and unused by any other device. Consequently, one of your problems is that you have an IP address conflict.
Admittedly, the arrangement that the NetLink phones use with this "dual address" configuration is a bit odd, but if you read the WLAN IP Telephony Guide, there is a good explanation of why this architecture is used.
Good Luck and let us know how this ends up.

Hi,

I choose static entry for ESSID and Reg Domain 02 but in this moment I have the error "No SVP Response" and IP of the SVP II Master.

Please help
