WLAN 6140 PTT

Any one out there help with the config of Nortel WiFi phones. We have the 6140's with Push-To-Talk. The phones work great but we can't get the PTT to work. Our network guys aren't sure where to look. We have a 6509 with a WISM controller and 1131 AP's in lightweight mode. We seen to think it's a Multicast issue but aren't sure.
