Customer has BCM 400 4.0 with 6 WLAN 6140 handsets. They receive their DHCP address from the BCM (IP phones only). They had to replace a handset that was faulty. Now we can not get the new handset to see the DHCP server or the SVP (in static address mode). We have done a stare and compare against the other 5 functioning sets. Any ideas as to what we are missing? Why won't this new handset reach the BCM or SVP?
