WLAN 6140 issue

have an issue with one phone at this time. When reciveing call from cell phone couldn't be heard or hear the caller. when recieving a call from a phone on the switch the hospital phones work through (SL100) I can hear the caller but they can't hear me. Also the phone will sometimes loss connectivity & show a 'No Net Found No Aps" Any help will be appreciated

You can change the connection. I am using Business VoIP phone service Annandale, VA which is working good and up till now I haven't face such type of problem.
