According to Nortels website you can either use the 2245 Telephony Manager or an access point that supports WMM QOS. My AP's support the WMM Qos that the phones can use. When I boot up the phone it says it cant find the SVP Server. Anybody know of a way to get the WLAN 2211 to work without the 2245? Does anybody have any idea how make this work?

You need the 2245 to make the phone work. The docs are a bit misleading since you can use WMM or SVP as a QOS method on your WLAN. But, the 2245 acts as a proxy between the set and the BCM. The phone communicates with the 2245 server, and the 2245 communicates with the BCM, using one of the alias addresses you configure.

Full support without the 2245 is rumored to be coming sometime this year, but only on the 6100 series handsets which aren't yet compatible with the BCM. There will be a different load of firmware to put on the phone for that to take effect.
