Wks Inventory : Master XML Server?

Hello,

I'm trying to implement a basic Workstation Inventory (standalone server) in test environment, but has been unsuccessful.
Has anybody come across this in ZENworks Inventory Service window?

Trying to connect to Master XML Server...
Connection refused: Connection refused

Facts :
NetWare 6, Support Pack 2
eDirectory 8.6.2 SMP
Zenworks 3.2 SP1 (upgraded from 3.0 SP1 to 3.2 then to 3.2 SP1)

I have searched the internet but could not find any useful info.
Any pointers would be appreciated...

During installation the ZWS.NCF needs to run in the AUTOEXEC.NCF before the StartInv.ncf is run.
