wizard not working 1

I'm having a problem with my home pc. In access 2000 I don't seem to be able to run wizards. I tried adding a feature from the install menu and it says it's successful but no dice. No error message either. I found a table on KB that shows file names for all wizards and the file is there.

Do you get an error message when you try to create a new table manually?

I noticed on a couple of Windows 98 machines that a piece was missing.

If you do a search on google for specific error messages it may help.
