We have two issues that keep cropping up with Witness.
First the system will stop recording calls. The only way I know to resolve is to stop and start the cscm service. But if you status it before you stop and restart it, it does say it's running. So I wonder if there is some other process that stopping and starting cscm effects and is resolving the issue.
Also, when running a query in the viewer application it will return an error message "Error in search -". If you rediculously reduce the criteria to a very short period of time, then you can get results.
We're running on version 7.7.1
Anyone have any ideas?
