Witness - record IP Agent?

I can't seem to get witness to record the IP agent - this is telecommuter mode.

I'm trying to record the station that the agent is logged into but not luck? Is this even possible?

We had the same problem, as far as I know it can't record IP Softphones be it IP Agent or Softconsole...

I finally figured it out - you need pw for the cmapi and enter that into the station, then it will record .
