I Have a problem where 3 of my witness ports are showing set-up in the port states screen. No matter how many times I reset they always return to this state so are unable to service observe. I have checked COR's etc on avaya and codec setting for Network region-- all ok. I have also tried re-registering the ports in AES but no change! The CMAPI extn does register on the avaya ok but unable to perform the service observe. My next thought was to reboot the AES. Does anyone have any possible cause for this of next course of action?? HELP
