I have 10 physical phones
with 20 Agents basically 2 shifts of 10
each agent has 10 skills

How many licenses are required?

as far as i know you'll need 10 witness licenses for recording/qm (per seat) and 20 licenses for wfm (per agent). also you'd better ask witness related questions in witness forum.
