I originally posted this question an Avaya forum, which was, of course, the wrong place to do so!
This seems to be the most appropriate forum to post this question in, based on the results of my search.
I am looking for users who have attempted some data mining of the Witness or eQuality systems. My company is currently using version 5.1, 5.2, and 6.4 of the system and we are facing challenges in upgrading our reporting to version 6.4 since Witness has changed its entire table layout.
I am also wondering if the use of Witness is widespread enough for us to request one or two forums dedicated to Witness/eQuality.
