Hi Guys,
Please does anybody had a similar problem before?. My Witness Systems is not dumping the data on the database?.
I rebbot the server, start the services and I am still getting the same problem. In fact my Recorder service by the Consolidator Service is not running, it says:
Failed (after retrying) to consolidate: DB connection to the server: 1 failed for the Worker thread-COM Error 0x80004005: Error Source : EDOConnection and Error Description : [ADO:Connection::Open]: Invalid connection string attribute.
Please I need some help on this, I was trying to get in touch with Witness support but since we renew through another third party, they don't provide support....and I have my PROD not working...
I really newbie on this system, so any help will be appreciated.
