Witness and Symposium

Good Morning,

We are having an issue with Witness in which we are trying to filter some CDNs from getting captured by Witness. We used the DNIS values and filtered out the CDNs that we didn't want to capture. However, Witness is looking at the original DNIS value and not the CDN value. Often times, our tollfree numbers are being manipulated by a menu and routed to a different CDN prior to being queued. Has anyone run into this problem? Is there a fix?
