Witness 7.8.3 Error - "A Retrieval is taking place. Please try again when it has completed&quot

Hello everyone. Hopefully someone has seen this error and can assist.

When I try to play back a recording, I am getting an error "A Retrieval is taking place. Please try again when it has completed."

This is on a Win 7 x64 pro machine running IE 8 and Java 1.6.0_36 using Witness version 7.8.3.

I have tried clearing the IE application back to default settings with no change in results. We have to leave the java version at 1.6.0_37 to allow the QM application to function.

Thoughts? Ideas? Anyone see this occur before?
