I have two SV9300 that are linked together via IPCCIS. I am trying to set it up so that when making a call across the CCIS link, the actual extension number does not show up. Instead it should show TIE Line or unknown or even just the name of the extension but not the extension number.

Do you have any ideas on this by any chance? It is possible to do this on the SV9500 as we did it but obviously it effectively is a completely different system.

A726>00>1
Assign names in 770 by character or 771 by letter or using PCPro.

Hi Belevedere,

Many thanks for this and this does work to show the name but unfortunately it also shows still the extension.

Any other bright ideas?

I believe that all you can do is have the number display for 6 seconds or continuously. You cannot eliminate it.
This feature permits the number of a calling or called party at another switching office to be displayed either on
a Multiline Terminal or an Attendant Console.
Operating Procedure
No manual operation is required.
