Following on from the thread of withholding caller ID between two SV9300, I also have a situation where I have an SV9500 connected with IP CCIS to several other SV9300s as well as SV9500s an SV8300.
When I call from the SV9500 to another SV9500 or SV8300 it shows TIE line and NOT the extension which is exactly what is needed. The SV9500 has Trunk name suppression enabled and it works totally fine.
The problem is when calling from the SV9500 to the SV9300 it magically does show the name when it should not. Even with the trunk route suppressing the name (Command ARTD, CDN 50, Number Display of Dterm between Offices not enabled) it still shows. Also CDN 112, Inter Office name display set to 0, which is not provided. With these settings, it should show the type of route, in this case TIE.
So how can the SV9300 still get the extension number form the calling party of the SV9500 and how do I set it so it does not show this?
