Withdrawing an e-mail with an attachment. How?

Does anyone know how to withdraw an e-mail with the attachment? Or do you know how I can just get rid of it?

Exchange 5.5 sp4 running IMS too.

Very easy...there's a free tool called ExMerge that can be used to extract a specific msg by subject, date, attachment name, etc. Search TechNet, I think this will show you where to download it.
