With what do you edit/make .XPM files for the server background

If you go to <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> use the search facility to look for an application called KONVERTOR - it'll show up half way down the list of "no results" as version 1.23.<br>

It's a 30 day time-limited shareware app that'll let you convert a file from .bmp, .jpg, etc to a variety of other formats - .xpm included.<br>

I did this because I wanted Clouds! - it worked, but the image is tiled - anyone know if you can customise that?? - also the background only seemed to appear if I unloaded then reloaded STARTX.<br>
