With iPad need login remotely to MS Access 2013 application on a Windows 7 Server

There is no version of Access or Access runtime for the iPad, so you will need to set your server up with some form of terminal services environment to allow users to login to your server, and they can run the application through that.
The only alternative is to develop a web front end to your access database and host it on your server on IIS.
