Wise Installation System v9 language select dialog

I want to create a dialog box that sets the installation language to be used. I have tried setting the LANG variable and this does not change the default installation language. All I actually want to do is display a "Select Installation Language" dialog box which has no text in it apart from the combo box of languages. The only way I can see of doing this is to modify the existing one or creating a new one. How do I modify the existing one, or what do I have to set (from a custom dialog) to control the installation language?

Any help would be gratefully accepted.
