I am having problems with an installation created using Wise for Windows Installer 5.21.0.54. Although it works fine on most systems, on some laptops the installer gives an error stating that the color depth of the screen is too low and should be at least 16-bit. This would be ok if it were true but the color depth is set to 16-bit, so the error is incorrect. Could this be a problem with the laptop graphics hardware misreporting it's color depth?
Any help ot insight would be great.
