wiring for caller id to 6x16

I picked up a NT8B88FA-93, but it does not have a guide with it and I do not know how to hook it up to my 6x16.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Connect the first 6 pairs of the Amp connector to your lines from Telco.
Connect the screw down connectors to an unused station port.

Sorry I missed the FAQ on this. I used station 32 and I now have everything hooked up, but I must be missing something on programming. I went into admin and 9 call services auto-call info, but I still do not see anything come across. What settings do I need to set?
