Wiring diagram / pinouts for Meridian Headset??

Hi folks

Can anyone give me the pin outs or wiring diagram for a meridian M3820 headset?

its 4 wires RJxx plug type on the end.

Basically i want wire the phone up to a normal pc headset

any ideas?

break out the ohm meter, strange request. the tips are transmit and the rings are common, white is transmit and red is receive the other two (either black or green are common to the white lead in a att handset .. but this wiring in not published and subed out so it may not all be standard.. johnP
