HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!

I have just been assigned the task of getting a small (15ft x 15ft) office setup with 3 printers and around 5 laptops.

This room will be used by travelling members (who can carry there own equipment), so all I was going to do was to setup a workgroup and make them join it when they are in the room. So that means that I could have 5 standard laptop configurations... but must account for individual's own devices.

I want to make the room wireless! I am not sure what is the best technology to use though. The members will have PDA's and Cell phones so I was thinking that the best would be to get a wireless switch and then to get a Blue Tooth hub.

As you might already be able to tell I have zero knowledge of blue tooth and wireless connectivity.

So my questions are:

*Is it possible to connect Laptop's, PDA's and Cell Phones without Blue Tooth?
*Do I need to get a wireless hub and a blue tooth hub?
*If I just had Blue Tooth as the technology would that mean that any laptop, PDA or Cell phone that didn't have Blue tooth wouldn't be able to connect (or could it use say infra red???)

And most importantly:

Is this the best way to go about connecting all of the above? Should I just get a normal wireless hub and not connect the PDA's and Cell phones?

Any advise what so ever would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Ignore the bluetooth devices, and trying to connect laptops, PDAs and cellphones together. Just give a decent 802.11b and 802.11g connection to the internet.

For you new "wireless Hotspot":
Purchase a Linksys WRT54GS router, and make a connection to the internet. Set the router to 'Mixed' mode so that it will support both 802.11b and 802.11g devices.

Without sarcasm, a room that small is going to have everyone head back to their hotel rooms anyway, so do not get fancy.
