I need to setup a wireless WAN/MAN for a municipality. This not only needs to be secure, but also requires the ability for the system to communicate with a mobile unit at speeds of ~ 60 - 70 MPH.

Any ideas on where to start??

I have seen features on BreezeCom and Western Mulitplex, but I think they are not quite what I'm looking for.
