I have a deployment of about 100 Nortel WLAN 6140 VoIP phones. We are continuing to add phones and will have about 150 within the next few months. They are running on a CS1000 M M/G on 4.5. The phones are great. They run flawless.
All of your phones look to have the IP and/or switch port number of your 2245 since it is a proxy.
If you have 5.00, I suggest you send those to a specific ERL assigned for WLAN phones. Then you can assign an ELIN that cooresponds to a PS-ALI entry that is flagged for WLAN that tells the dispatcher to query for the exact location.
Couple this with OSN, and you have some level of protection. If you are deploying that many, you should consider your E911 solution.
We are looking at a solution using the algo analogue to usb converter and the 2050 softphone, give me a shout if you want any more info. This allows you to use a bog standard DECT handset
