BES in conjunction with Exchange 2000 as part of SBS 2K server.
We have a public folder contact list that is maintaned by a user in the office. The rest of the users have read-only access to the public folder to prevent inadvertent deletions/changes. Using the BB desktop, this folder is added as a second contact list to sync to each user's BB.
However, we have one BB user that has no regular computer access. I set up the public folder sync and did it once manually at a PC to get the list current, but it does not appear to receive new changes wirelessly.
1. Is it possible to sync a public folder wirelessly, independent of the BB desktop?
2. If so, should it happen as changes are made to the public folder addresses (that's what I tried, and it appeared to fail to sync the change), or do I need to specify a specific sync schedule or force the sync some other way?
TIA.
