I want to seup a wireless network in my business so that my customers can connect. I want to keep someone outside my shop from connecting freely is there any solution for this where I do not have to configure every computer that come into my shop can connect with ease.

If you want it completely open, but restrict others, you need to control how far your signal is spread from your wireless router or access point.

See Michael Erskine's reflectors at his site:
You can build these for free, or there are commercial sources that are inexpensive; Google search "wi-fi antennas" to see sector, panel, corner and parabolic reflector options.
