need some thoughts on wireless security

what is best encryption
what layers
products by mfg
which (OS) is best

basically have a wired office and looking at doing some wireless, but security is a serious issue.

Whats your budget? Bit of a whats the best type of string question here. Do a search in this forum and you'll see tons of answers from encryption methods right through to how to stop the radio signals from leaving a designated area.

Then if you're still stuck post again with your specific questions i.e. limiting to certain mac's or linksys v's cisco etc.
