wireless router work with Nortel VPN

Just installed linksys wireless router(W11S4) at home with my two desktops(windows XP). Both PC can connect to company by Nortel VPN (CVC). But the one using wirless adapter(WUSB11) has very poor performance: slow and intermittent. The screen freezes every 2 minutes, stop and go, looks like the traffic exceed certain threshold, and line in a buffer. The other PC connected to router with wire directly has no such problem. Anyone has same problem? How to fix it?

I had a similar problem with the WUSB11, not only with Nortel but with everything else. Had to return it for repairs and works fine now. Seems like they had a problem on some of their units.
