Wireless Router Help Please

I have installed a US Robotics 8054 wireless router. It is in a sporting goods store that uses the internet to register cell phones they sell. The software is called eRoes. With the router in place, they can surf the net, etc just fine. Using the eRoes software works well until they get to the last page. They click a Activate button and the last page of the process times out and they get the page cannot be found thing. Without the router it works fine. I have the firewall turned off in the router.

I called the software support and they said they had seen a few similar cases and "the max buffer should be increased". Does anybody know what this is? I cant find it in the configuration pages.

Mate,
sounds like there is a port being blocked. I know you have the firewall turned off but thats what it sounds like.

I never was able to get the router to work correctly with that web page. I eventually installed a small switch between the dsl modem and wireless router and plugged the computer into that to bypass the router.
