Wireless remote access

Due to new construction I have to move my phone system as well as all incoming phone lines. One building on the other side of our construction needs to be connected to our phone system (less than 25 pr). Any suggestions other than running 25 pr. from the new telco to the building.(There is no direct route and due to construction we can't bury it, and lightning is a huge issue.
Fiber? Wireless?

We have an Nec 200ips with neax 64 VM.

wireless shots are cheap and easy to setup. But the transmission is not always the best.

If you already have a link for your computers why not just deploy an IP solution?
