Wireless reconciliation not working

Hi All,

somehow my wireless reconciliation only works one way. It only works when I delete or make changes on the handheld which make the change on outlook. However, when I make changes on outlook, the handheld has no effect..Can someone help ????

On the handheld with message option, I already make the change to mailbox and handheld when changes occur.
