Wireless RCA Connection

I need to make a wireless RCA connection. It doesnt need to be that great, just 20-30 feet. I know I can just buy and RF modulator or whatever its called and a reciever but thats kind of out of my budget right now, so I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to make one. Right now the parts I have to work with are an old TYCO remote controlled car using a 49 Mhz frequency and an old Panasonic 900 Mhz Cordless Telephone. Does anyone know how I might be able to make this work? Perhaps some schematics?
