This seems really strange, but for some reason I can get to the internet and anywhere on our LAN, but I can't get into the Linksys WRT56G's configuration utility. I can ping 192.168.1.1 and I get a response, but within IE I get nothing. I need to get in there so that I can disable DHCP. We are running SBS2000 with ISA. Anyone have any ideas? Linksys tech support isn't helping much. Thanks for any help.

Another point of interest....I guess that a computer not on our network can access 192.168.1.1 but any computer on our network cannot.

Hope this helps.

More Info-----

Ok, we go through a proxy server (Godzilla port 8080). When I disabled this, set to Automatically detect and disables the ISA I was able to configure the router.

Then I turned off DHCP and everything seemed to go to heck. After turning it back on and using ISA and the proxy, I'm back up and running with only one small problem other than the fact I can't configure the router in this manner.

I can see all other workstations, but the workstations can't see me. I'm assuming (bad idea) that this is because the WIFI router is assinging me an ipaddress and since the other computers have to go through the server to get to me, they can't see me.

I can live without configuring the router, but I need other computers to see me.
