I am trying to add an analog phone, in both loads 10 and 20 it automatically gives me a WRLS: YES when the phone is not a wireless phone. Evidentally it has been doing this for some time and now I'm getting a message that I have exceeded the number of wireless phones allowed for my system. How do I change the WRLS to "No".

Thank you,

David

you may have to out all the phones on the analog card and re-program the phone with WRLS NO. This will take care of it.

After the first phone on the card is programmed as wrls yes all phones are put in that state automatically. Either you are trying to add to the wrong card or as said before out all the sets and start new with that card.

Print all the phones first and then out them and then rebuild them.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.
