I hope this is the right thread to ask this question:
I bought a Microsoft wireless router with wireless notebook adapter(MN-820) router setup wnt really smooth it was when I try to install the adapter into my Laptop, I have a Satellite 4030CDT with 2 pc slots 32 bit and thats the requirements of the adapter but it will not power up consequently the hardware is not recognised, I spoke to microsoft tech and he agreed it should work and I must have a faulty card so I went back to store got another one same thing anyone got any thoughts why this will not work.
