Wireless networking issue

Hello All,

I have bought US Robotics wireless router and connected to the Dell desktop system. And configured my lenovo laptop and was working fine. All of sudden i was browsing the wireless setup wizard and unknowingly messed up and now I am not able to connect thru internet. I am getting the message " acquiring network address". During the mess up the system asked me to put usb drive or do setup manually and I unknowingly put the usb drive and it created another key which is not matching with the wireless router settings. I tried all possible ways of connecting thru wireless on my laptop but to no luck. I removed from laptop from wireless connections option all the available connections and tried to connect back using the ssid. but due to network keys its always saying acquiring network address but never connects. Any clue to how to fix this problem. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey,

Cable connect to the wireless router and change the ssid and the key.

What security are you running? WEP, WPA, WPA2?

Thanks for suggestion Brett. I had figured it out as I typed the same key which i auto generated when i installed the wireless software on the Desktop. changed the properties of the wireless network ssid in the properties of the same and retyped the whole password and it worked.
