wireless network printing problem

I'm baffled by this and don't know whether to post here or under FileMaker. A user on our network cannot print fron FileMaker Server. It says there is no printer connected to any port. She is, at the moment our only wireless user, so I have nothing to compare the problem to. She can print with no problems from programs on her computer, including FileMaker. All the wired computers (about 20) can print from FMS. She can access the server and internet through the network with no problem, and all the printers are on the network. What can be causing this problem?
