I have an executive here at my company that is having an issue with his blackberry. Messages that he reads on his blackberry do not come up as read in outlook. I spoke to two other executives to see if they were having the same problem, both reported their devices as working perfectly.

(our network only has 3 blackberry's so 99.5% of my job is not dealing with them).

When i pulled up blackberry manager on the BES enabled exchange 2003 server, i noticed that Wireless Message Reconciliation was disabled for him, and yet the other executives it was enabled.

I know i'm probably overlooking something, where would i go to change this back to enabled? And, if this isnt the problem.. where would i go to change the option to show read messages as viewed?

nevermind, after moving his exchange mailbox to the new exchange server the other executives were on, and setting 'mailbox wins' on his handheld, the option came up and immediately reconciled.
