Most of the wireless bridges does not operate at their full data rate.(eg. 11Mbps Access point will operate at at 2Mbps although only one client is attached.)
I will be very greatful if someone can HELP me with this problem.

There are some settings you should look at. Our bridges all work at 11Mbps.

Lets see... causes of slow wireless...

equipment not compatible between brands
excessive RF noise
weak signal from AP or NIC or both
cheapo equipment
misaligned antennas
excessive loss on antenna wiring if extended
Windows XP driver issues
buggy code

and so on... and so on...

You need to do some basic homework before posting an opened end question like this. RF doesnt always have hard and fast rules like copper/fiber cabling can have.
