Wireless lab approach

I have a school that will need to setup a wireless lab to go from school to school. There will be 10 laptops hooked to a microscope to view the microscopes image. Access to the internet will be from existing LAN at the schools. The instructor would also like for the students to be able to look at eachothers laptops screen from there workstation. Any ideas on equipment needed/software?
