Wireless issues going through Cisco 831

I have two separate network setups each routing through its own Cisco 831 router at the core.

The wireless routers at both sites connect directly to the 831's and one is a Linksys E3000 and the other is a Linksys E2000. When connecting to the wireless I find some sites such as gmail.com and youtube.com videos are very slow to load, etc.

Connecting hardwired to these 831's work perfectly. I've attached the router config below. I know theres not much information here, but if you can think of any causes it would be greatly appreciated.
